Is that passage from the George MacDonald book, Knowing the Heart of God?
I really enjoy George MacDonald’s works and that passage seemed familiar…

Thank you for sharing this, Lanier. Isn’t it amazing how God uses the lessons He is teaching or the truths He is revealing to one person to encourage and instruct others? It seems that God is forever gently (and sometimes not so gently) reminding me to cast my cares and concerns on Him. Oh that I’ll actually be able to learn this lesson some day!
